The operation
The About page says Jessica Jadick founded the company in 2016 out of a childhood interest in marine wildlife and conservation, and that it is family owned and operated. Her husband, Master Captain Michael Jadick, runs boats alongside her; Master Captain Kevin Jadick and Kristie Corrigan are listed as educators and crew.
Three vessels work out of 107 Yacht Club Drive: Osprey, a 45-foot pontoon for 37 guests; Island Breeze, a 35-foot pontoon for 24 and designated a “floating classroom”; and Great Blue Heron, a custom power catamaran for 49 with a U-shaped bar and a sound system. All three are enclosed and shaded with roll-up windows and a restroom aboard. The company also runs school and marine-science programs and a Cruise for a Cause day.
“With an outstanding passion for history and wildlife, Florida Water Tours offers ecotourism cruises for vacationers and locals alike.”
